Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship exclusively within Australia. Expansion to New Zealand, the UK, the US, and Canada is coming soon.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping
- FREE shipping on all orders $100+ AUD
- $12 AUD flat rate for orders under $100
All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Use this to track your delivery in real time.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, email us at support@unityactivewear.com with your order number.
Delivery Details
Our courier will deliver to the address you provide at checkout. If no one is available to receive your order, the courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery.
Important: Make sure your delivery address is accurate and includes any necessary access details (apartment number, gate codes, etc.).
Issues with Delivery
Delayed orders: Contact us at support@unityactivewear.com with your order number if your order is delayed beyond expected delivery times.
Lost or damaged parcels: Report any issues within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
